SNN Local News will air the first episode tonight of its new weekly real estate TV show hosted and produced by Candice McElyea, president of 360 Degrees PR.
The show is dubbed “Get Real! Estate on the Suncoast.” The paid advertiser will feature local businesses and properties across Southwest Florida – largely the result of a steep upswing in new residential construction activity, homes sales and real estate appreciation across the region, including the home repair part like changing floors with the use of Resin Flooring Installers and more.
The show was scripted to bring relevant and interesting information about the industry – from building to buying, searching and selling – presented in a talk show format.
“This is an exciting opportunity to feature one of this area’s top industries,” McElyea said in a statement. “We will work with show sponsors to cater the show to them, and to make it interesting and informative for our viewers. We also plan to take real videotaped questions from real viewers and integrate them into the show to get real answers about real estate related topics.”
The show will be shot live on set at the SNN studio located in the Herald Tribune Media Group building on Main Street in Sarasota. It will air at 7 p.m. Thursdays and again at 9 a.m. Saturday.
The first show tonight is slated to feature Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Communities and attorney Casey Colburn. Companies can sponsor either a whole or half show segment.
